Video Analysis Report
In preparation for preparing and submitting the Final Project, each week you will create your own consultant's notes as you observe various CanGo meetings (via the video episodes/cases).
The report you are to list 6 issues facing CanGo that you gleaned from the week 1 and 2 videos.(View Transcripts)They should be prioritized in order of importance. They should be numbered.

Therefore, in your analysis, you should consider the wider implications for the company and not focus only on single events or personal ramifications for any individual.
As an analyst, you will draw conclusions and make recommendations based on your observations. You will summarize your conclusions in the weekly Analysis Reports, just remember to back them up with observed evidence – facts speak louder than generalizations.
Write these reports clearly and concisely, as if you will need to turn over your notes to someone else who will replace you on short notice, without your help to understand them.

Report length: at least 2,000 words per week, not including references, cover page, etc. Analysis Report covers both Weeks 1 and 2
Margins: Left, Right, Top & Bottom – 1 inch
Font: Times New Roman
Line spacing: Double spaced
Font size: 12 pt
